At MTV Brasil, he implemented and directed the digital TV advertising department, developing multiplatform content projects for brands such as Adidas, Fiat, Procter, Unilever, among others. He participated in the start-up of web companies in the Brazilian market, such as Double Click in 2001 (now Google Ads) and The Huffington Post, in 2013, where he received training in New York City, USA, on branded content.
In the media market, specifically in advertising, he directed a group of 18 representatives spread across the principal cities of Brazil.
In the magazine market, he directed commercial advertising teams at the largest print media company in Latin America, Editora Abril, developing tailor-made advertising projects for major brands in renowned publications such as Cosmopolitan, Maxima, Casa, Exame, Playboy, Superinteressante, Men’s and Women’s Health, National Geographic, among others.

His mission at Ambery SPA Advisors is to provide comprehensive consulting for the conception and development of SPA and Wellness Center projects throughout all stages, from conceptualization and development to pre-opening.
With more than 20 years of experience in the wellness and SPAs industry, he was one of the precursors to the contemporary concept of SPAs in Portugal, introducing, in 2001, the first Holistic SPA in the city of Porto, using the concepts and therapeutic knowledge of Ayurvedic medicine that he acquired in Sri Lanka.
Since then, he began providing complete consultancy services, with works carried out for renowned clients, such as Seven SPA at the Hilton Hotel, The Vintage House Hotel, Nemus SPA, and Well Domus. He was also a pioneer in the introduction of SPA services on cruises on the Douro River. His multi-disciplinary skills enable him to play a role in all stages of the development of a SPA project.
The recognition of his work led him to be able to carry out international projects, namely in Africa, where he developed integral projects in Mozambique, Angola, and South Africa.
He took research ventures to several countries, with emphasis on Turkey, where he deepened his knowledge of Hammam treatments, made an exchange in Italy, France, Sri Lanka, and Hong Kong.
The search for innovation has always guided his career, through an extensive study he developed the Olivotherapy, a treatment based on virgin olive oil, having been invited to participate as a spokesperson for this therapy in the “Rota do Azeite” project, in collaboration with the Municipality of Mirandela, the Association of Dersarrolo Guadajoz Campina and East of Cordoba (Spain), and with the Chambre d’Agriculture du Gard (Nime, France).

With a degree in Advertising from Universidade Paulista (UNIP), and a solid career spanning more than 20 years at the most prestigious magazine publisher in Latin America, Editora Abril, she managed a high-performance team with more than twenty commercial executives, serving clients such as Unilever, Procter, Nissan, H Stern, Heineken, Nestlé, AMBEV, and countless other advertisers.
She worked on the front-lines in major marketing and communication projects aimed at the fashion and beauty market, such as the Brazilian edition of the Elle Fashion Preview event, raising the sponsorship of the Pantene and Colgate brands. In the area of advertising, she has worked for several magazines and websites, such as Cosmopolitan, Elle, Exame, Men’s Health, Women’s Health, In Style, among others; with an emphasis on the commercialization of sponsorships in the publisher’s projects, such as the 2016 World Cup, 2018 Olympics, and events at the Copacabana Palace, Carnival in Bahia and Rio de Janeiro, and countless other projects related to fashion, home decoration, and gastronomy.

Having started his career in the area of oriental therapies in 1998 under Prof. Shiro Hagino, receiving training in Shiatsu Therapy, moxa-bustão, and electro- acupuncture, followed by training in the Shiatsu area (Namikoshi technique) with Master Funada by the Toyo Ygaco Association.

She started her career in the universe of aesthetics in 1998, has several degrees in Cosmetology, with extensive experience as a trainer and as a representative of beauty products.
Participating in the launch in Portugal of the brands Muster and Yon-Ka, subsequently being responsible for the aesthetics department for 20 years (also working in the commercial, advertising and training areas).
She was responsible trainer for the brands Belnatur, Decoderm, Enco Aparatologia, Algologie, Allan Ganancia (Spain), Dibi (Italy), Yon-Ka (Paris), Environ (South Africa, in 2018). At Algologie, she also worked as a sales representative.
At Ambery SPA Advisors, she is in charge of the Senior Training area, supporting the commercial department with her extensive relationship network in the beauty and SPA markets.
Paulo Machado

Having started his career in the area of oriental therapies in 1998 under Prof. Shiro Hagino, receiving training in Shiatsu Therapy, moxa-bustão, and electro- acupuncture, followed by training in the Shiatsu area (Namikoshi technique) with Master Funada by the Toyo Ygaco Association.
During a period of introspection and absorption of knowledge, he traveled to Sri Lanka where he acquired training in areas related to Ayurvedic therapies and medicine, improving his knowledge in integrated health, acupuncture, and medicinal herbs. He made immersion trips to Indonesia, Japan, Thailand, Seychelles, among other countries.
In Barcelona, he specialized in innovative products and therapies for SPAs, acquiring techniques from the most diverse origins, such as Bamboo Massage, Chakra Stone, and Hammam Treatments.
He served as Head Therapist and trainer at the Ayurvedic Center Pedra de Lua, a pioneer holistic SPA in Portugal in Ayurveda, with therapists and products from Sri Lanka.
While at the Pedra de Lua Center and he collaborated with the hotels Tivoli and Vintage House as well as the cruises of the company Douro Azul.
In numerous interviews and reports, he contributed to the promotion of the philosophy of Ayurveda, with an emphasis on participating in a special program, “Os Spas da Marisa” broadcast on RTP.
He provided training to several groups and companies, namely, 7Seven SPA at Hilton Vilamoura, Algarve, Welldomus SPA, Porto, and Polana Serena Hotel in Mozambique.
He is responsible for the Ambery Academy, supporting the consulting and project areas.

Amaral José Tsucana

With a degree in Sports Management from the Pedagogical University of Maputo and a specialization in Physiotherapy from the Institute of Health Sciences in Maputo, he started his career in the sports field, participating as a physiotherapist in several international sports events such as the African Games Maputo 2011 and the Congo in 2015 and the Grand Prix Tunisia-Tunes.
He was summoned as a physiotherapist by the Sports Federation of People with Disabilities for the IPC World Games Qatar 2015 and for the World Cup 2015 Seoul of the International Blind Sports Federation (IBSA) and for competitions in Cape Verde, Namibia, and Zimbabwe.
With his work recognized, after an invitation to join the SPA industry, he chose to steer his career in the direction of the health and wellness area, obtaining training as a SPA technician in face and body treatments by the company Elemis as well as holistic therapy, accumulating knowledge in various Ayurvedic therapies.
He started to work as the Head Therapist at Maisana SPA at Polana Serena Hotel in Maputo under the same hotel group, he also worked in Kenya and Uganda.
In addition to his knowledge on numerous therapies, he adds all his experience in the sports field and the considerable baggage to Ambery SPA Advisors acquired throughout his professional career in the continent of Africa.

He started his career acting as a therapist, Daniel worked in renowned Spas and hot springs, such as Marrriott, Alanya Spa, Wheway Lifestyle, performing specialized works in chiromassage, oriental massage, facial and body treatments, hydrothermal techniques, directed classes, among others.
With the evolution in his career, he assumed the role of manager, acting in some of the renowned Spas and hot springs where he worked for, such as La Sella Spa, Corconte, Princesa Park, directing and training teams of therapists, stood out when designing exclusive treatment protocols.
He headed the training department of the cosmetic laboratory, joining teams of world-class professionals for Spas, international hotel chains and spas. He developed exclusive projects and treatment menus for each client.
His professional and personal experience as a therapist and trainer acquired in several countries, allowed him to achieve a high level of knowledge and experience in the wellness industry, which led him to share them through workshops, courses and therapies.
