Through his constant search for novelties, our Senior Consultant, Rui Morais, inspired by ancient Greek and Roman practices, adapted a typical Portuguese product to develop Olivo Therapy, therapy based on virgin olive oil. He was the spokesperson for this project on the “Rota do Azeite”, in collaboration with the Câmara de Mirandela, the Association of Dersarrolo Guadajoz Campina and Leste de Córdoba (Spain), and with the Chambre d’Agriculture du Gard (Nime, France).
